I said ages ago COC will get to 30% then make a derisory offer to shareholders then probably take it private....I was laughed at.......

This has become a little concerning now......the new board promised to look after share holders....I am presuming it also means keeping up to date....they must have some news now?

Devro are way out infront of anyone else in this market and have invested huge ammounts in new tech and factories, this will pay off very soon.

Well it was a risk....however they have 5.1m in cash with a M/C of about 4.5m not sure where they go from here.....the redundancies were on the cards....i do feel for the workers even though im invested here...

Lots of holders stating the SP is worth double what it is?....I for one dont doubt that.... what I do doubt is us shareholders seeing much of it....I just dont trust COC

If its read correctly they actually instigated the lower first half revenue themselves by not bringing on so many starts, this due to the uncertainty of Brexit.....the results were not bsd at all and inline with previous guidance....

I totally agree with your comments regarding the old BOD.....however I am still not convinced with COC, my comments may be on the negative side but thats because this is AIM and I have seen this sort of thing happen too many times, I disagree that COC are just shareholders...technically you are again correct, but they now own the board....just remember these people are investment activists....but I remain hopeful.....

Still think this is a sceaming "buy" but dont think they helped themselves setting the ex-divi date so far ahead...13.5p is nothing to be sniffed at, I now see a scramble and rise just before that date, we shall see........

Although I state "strong buy" still a bit of a gamble....but from this level i see little risk, i have traded this in the past but i have had a bit of a punt and going to hold for a while, especialy after that RNS....i see some upward movement...

I have said this a number of times when they reach the 30% required they will make an offer then probably take the company private, I have made it known in past posts that although the old board were pretty much useless these lot are sharks.....sometimes better the devil you know...

Seems to be a lot of large holders dumping shares here.....could do with that strategic plan asap....
