The pull back is nothing to be too concerned about in my opinion.... its only a couple of % we have been up massivley over the last month or so.....still legs in this baby....

Think I will be looking to exit around 650 thats not to say there wont be anymore upside because i think there will be but it would only take one derogatory remark from the Walnut Whip Knob Head in the US to send all banks down.....fortunatley nothings been said yet but I gaurantee he will say something out of line sooner or later...GLA

To be honest I was gobsmacked when this opened nearly 5% up this morning...I hope all those that wanted to exit did so..GLA

@suff have to say some of the comments you made going back over 12 months ago at the time i thought were dubious to say the least, I may have to take them thoughts out of my head pretty soon... and I alo see �6.50 soon but you will get the profit taking and to be honest I wouldnt blame them...however with the divi as it stands ill be sticking around....but I would say I can see that being cut soon and then I can see the SP really moving towards �7 and dare i say it above...

I too think it still has legs but also see some pull back at some point however that share buy back will give this a lot of support and unless something fundamentally changes (that is possible of course) this will move higher..

Was very tempted to exit with a hansome profit but what hsb are doing now and the divi where would i put the money to get the same returns?

After the last RNS I think way may get a little suprise tomorrow all good I hope......

Makes you wander sometimes.....could you ever imagine a scenario where by the BOD say look we want to by some shares but not at this price......I know we can throw a few negatives in the next RNS blame Brexit get our shares cheap....re-correct the next RNS.....Bobs your uncle we have our cheap shares? nah not possible hey.....

Fully expect quite a large rise in the SP today....that was an excellent trading statement and virtually back tracked on the last RNS which I thought was precautionary at the time....

I actually do not expect a massive retrace come ex-div there will be some temporary movement but i doubt a retrace....

well...I got back in at a little over 2.38 because of the results and I can now see a clear path to 3.00 plus fingers crossed

I would say thats a great rns I dont own this stock now I sold out last year with a small profit and my reasons were that I have been in just about every store in and around the Birmingham area and although they were certainly not empty they did not seem to be doing enough trade to justify such large stores so Sold I couldnt see where the revenue/profit was going to come from with the stores not at anywhere near capacity I know they are not supermarkets but even still I wanted to see more foot fall all I can say is that there mark up must be very high and I know the vet side is doing well......a big well done

£2.20 seems very cheap to me?

I got out myself....however like a brexit voter am i going to regret it? I still think its a great stock to hold but the uncertainty now raises the risk....I do hope to get back in a lot lower at some point.
