Soon to be debt free, that will account for another 80 million a month + interest that can go towards buy backs. Gas hedges start to recede just in time for next winter. This is priced wrong now and we should be at 350+ when you take into account the amount of stock bought back and our current debt.
But if you read all the RNS......
"The Private Placement will result in significant dilution to existing equity holders in the Company. Upon issue of the Placing Shares and exercise of Pre-Funded Warrants, existing shareholders would be diluted by 70.5%. Based on the Company's current issued share capital, should all existing warrants, share options, A Warrants, B Warrants, Placement Agent Warrants and Investor Warrants also be exercised at their initial exercise prices, existing shareholders would be diluted by a total of 87.8%."
Not good.
Tiburn agreed , but to not come out today with a calming interview has given me total disrespect . I feel for all those who sold yesterday and wish others would respect that when posting, this has damaged COPL when really there was no need.
Art lives in some sort of bubble that is not conducive to his audience who part with hard earned cash to support this venture. IMO
Yes jiddy123 i did , and to issue those two RNS's and not follow up with an interview is dam right despicable. I am angry for all the PI's who sold at7/6/5p yesterday who have lost money. It's o.k for us we can trade but yesterday was a total sham IMO.
Respect your view Tiburn , but why in this RNS issue Director Retirement when it is obvious this is a red letter moment .
We all know these things add to peoples anxieties in a stock with limited good news over the last few months.
jiddy123....Understanding Who's Responsible for Shareholders Interests?
The board of directors is elected by the shareholders of a corporation to oversee and govern the management and to make corporate decisions on their behalf. As a result, the board is directly responsible for protecting and managing shareholders' interests in the company.
Regulators, such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) also protect shareholders by helping to facilitate the smooth functioning of the financial markets. The SEC requires publicly-traded corporations to disclose their financial statements periodically throughout the year. As a result, investors and shareholders can access a company's SEC filings, which might include news of mergers, acquisitions, and financial information pertinent to shareholders' interests.
