Excellent. I thought we had run out of cash by now. If we can push until september we may even be able to make a deal or multiple deals in that time period. Outstanding stuff. 6 months and anything could happen. Love it how on site visits have been going ahead, and also recent talks. Which incurs the talks are still going ahead after our last update of interested parties . I would love it if we smash a great deal this year snd crack on with a rare metal project next year. So i will write here my opinion. Fantastic rns, if we reach a good deal on cs, the sp could go way above what the project is worth. We could potentially be in a position to finance a rare metal project. This really is looking good. Sorry, im taking back my posts that i messaged here this morning. Perhaps i should start reading the RNS more than once. I failed to read that the number of companies is given. The only thing i stand by is the fact i don't like him holding back the identity. It allows other companies to waste our time. But lets hope im wrong about that. 5 different companies are interested. I suppose that is better than what we knew yesterday

Justone, credit will be given when pc actually comunicates acceptably with his PIs. Its almost like he is doing it on purpose to annoy us. All he has to do is inform us appropriately. The word multiple shouldnt have been used. Facts are needed at this stage.

Tbh i agree with terrafin. The rns is worded awful. Is it so much to ask for pc to say how many parties? Does multiple mean 2? 5? 20? Again pc has fallen into this CRMC. Will he ever learn? Name the companies!! If they arn't fully interested don't even start talks with them. This could again go how our last talks went.

Claire stop stalking people. Sheldrake deserves to be upset. Although now he has sold i dont agree that he should still be bashing the company. But nevertheless after the last years everyone who has invested here deserves to be upset at how things have gone. You however bring nothing to the table here other than abuse and arguments. If we have a placing after a deal claire, then the deal will be awful. Even you could work that one out. But then again your posts suggest you arnt very intelligent anyway. All you seem to do is knock other peoples buy in times. You seem to sit on your high horse and gob off about good or bad times to get in. Fact is. Sheldrake, although i disagree with 99% of what you are currently posting, i do fear however you may be right about a placing. The funds we have/had must surely be nearly gone by now. We either need to start a new project or have an update now. Because it is looking worse and worse as the days tick by.

Very valid point rodster. Also when we think about it we have Mr cole, an accountant, and also a Management accountant. So why do we need both? Either something very iffy is going on which is being covered up through the accountants, or they are just pc's mates getting mates rates. It definately is time for either a shake up within the company or like you say they have to invest and show confidence. I just hope pc has thought about getting someone in to advance any discussions. Because i fear without that person it will be very difficult to advance this project from here

If i can add just one thing though lol. We have a geologist, a banker, a solicitor and a few office workers chucked in together. It really is no wonder we can't get a deal done. Not one has any idea how to. No experience. If we really look at it we will be lucky to strike a deal without a professional. I think bigger companies will try and take advantage of that fact. And possibly that was the issue with our previous crmc.

I will let you all pick them apart. I can't deal with more arguments on here. Its what PC wants. Us to fight amongst ourselves so it takes the limelight off of him.

He was formerly Chief Financial Officer for Cominco Resources Ltd, AIM/TSX traded European Minerals Corporation plc and TSX/OSE traded Crew Gold Corporation. His experience in the resource sector covers taking projects from exploration through to construction and production.

Mr Cole is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Non-Executive Director - Roger Murphy

Mr Murphy joined as non-executive director in May 2016. Former MD, Investment Banking, of Dundee Securities Europe Ltd. which he joined in 2012 to establish the London office with an emphasis on capital raising for mining and oil & gas companies. Previous positions include former CEO of African Battery Metals Plc, MD Renaissance Capital, successfully raising capital for a variety of companies, and Head of Sales for Canaccord Adams where he was also a member of its UK Executive Committee. Earlier in his career in the finance industry he worked in mining sales for Deutsche Bank, as a mining analyst for both Deutsche Bank and SG Warburg and as a researcher for the World Gold Council.
