Everyone keeps going on about value of our assets. What is the value of a product no one wants to buy? Or better yet what is the value of our product PC can't sell?

Patience safe. We need even more patience lol. In 5 more years we still need even more patience. Maybe in 10 years we may just need that little more patience to keep us going.

Nobody knows the names of the companies. Pc hides happilly behind the CRMC rubbish. It allows him to send out RNSs saying he is in talks with 5 different potential buyers. And that 3 months long. Wouldn't surprise me if he isn't in any talks at all. How are these talks going ahead? Skype? Or has he used the 100k for a jolly out to america? At what point can we make a vote of no confidence? We are getting sick of being lied to. PC is literally waiting to a point of no return and then giving us all a little bit of hope. And just redoing it over and over.

Yawn. Nobster you are getting tiresome. I would rather take a dump in a box and send that to him. What i find funny is you seem to think 10 bagging from here is good. It only looks good because PC has drained the sp down to these levels. We should be at 0.5p talking about a 10 bag. But you are so in love with PC you don't see that

At 31 March 2022, the Company held £183,923 in cash and cash equivalents and liquid listed investments having a value of £49,553.
Seeing as we have had to raise another 100k in july. It seems we have spent 180k in april may and june. Do the math. Even if ots 3 months. U get my point

10 weeks on from when you announced we are in talks with 5 different potential customers, now 3 weeks since we are on this california list. You have raised funds for possibly 2 months. So are all 5 interested still? Have we been approached from another company in california? Or was that pointless to this project to get us on the list? Its now time to be honest with us, well its been time for years but just come out with it. This project seems to be a no goer. How long do you want to play it out for? I think nearly 3 months of talks with interested parties is way to long. Either they want it or not. It seems you have been strung on by 5 different companies now. Just like our previous potential customer you pulled the plug on. All of this because you have no idea how this side of business is done. Then again there is a reason you won't get professional help. Perhaps you are worried that not even a professional can sell your dirt.

An apolagy lol. Will we get one for the disgracefull amount of time being spent on this project?. Or for the fact PC threw a tantrum at investors with an embarrassing RNS?, or for blaming everyone else for his failings? For not being capable of raising the worth of the company or sp? Or for stopping the sp rises with unnecessary placings?. My hopes of my money back are slipping away now with these Placings. If i am lucky to get out with no loss, i will leave with one hope. That all share holders get their money back and sell. Leaving PC with no investors and watch him lose everything.

So what did he actually achieve with bay state, clayton, bakers gold etc etc? Misleading is how you and some others post only the very few positives on this board. The fact PC has achieved nothing, and continuing on that is why this sp just isn't reacting to any form of positive news. One this is dead certain, if he wasn't the boss he would have been sacked long ago for not hitting 1 major deal on any project. By major i mean one that really changes everything for the company. Instead his deals were just selling off a few projects which hasn't helped us financially what so ever. That is awful Business. But as long as you twiggy keep seeing everything moving along well, things will never change here. Obviously aviator is upset seeing all those green triangles. Hopefully someone can report him for abuse if he isn't also filtered.

And probably this project sold and onto a rare metal project with a lot less shares in issue and a sp over over 20 times of todays. Application will be made for the Placing Shares and the Peterhouse Fee Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Admission is expected to occur on or around 18 July 2022.

So before the placing is even made the sp plunges we still have a week to go before the shares even exist.
Aim will never make sense to me. Great news has been issued over the last few weeks. Followed by absolute no rise. Or i other words a rise and for no real reason and sudden death.
Companies like sres need to be investigated. Something smells wrong. Has done for years. Yes PC that means you. Over 15 years you have taken no money from this share. But also showed no interest in doing deals or raising the sp. Is this company a tax break for you? I wonder what an investigation into your whole life would show us. You have crossed the line on more than one occasion, now you have really destroyed any chance of raising this sp. Even on good news. Your placings have destroyed us lth's. Our original investments are worthless.
One thing is for sure. You may get your 5 minutes of fame on some terrible deal you try and do yourself, but it wont last long as i have a feeling a lot of shares will be sold on a spike driving your possible gains right down to 0. And that is exactly what you deserve you ferret like man.

We had run out of money. No one else to blame other than PC, he hasn't been able to make a deal. 100k won't last us long. Possibly until year end i am guessing. And then i suppose the next placing will come. Basically this RNS only really informs us that no deal is looking likely for the next 6 months. Thats how i take it. No deal by the time this money runs out, then i am sure sheldrake will be right in his comments. On the other hand PC and here is where you can't win now. If you strike a deal within the coming days you will be taking apart here. For a needles placing. Obviously a deal for us right now is a must. So now you are in a corner. Most probably being forced now to accept anything offered. All of this because you won't just get help for this phase of Business.

Safe, wouldn't surprise me if yet again pc has made a placing to pull the breaks. I expect the placing rns tomorrow morning. No other reason for this to doe a death after such good news. We are in a very strong position. Their is no other explanation.

In my eyes a placing within the coming weeks is now inevitable. Thanks PC your inept ways and your showing of no motivation to get any deal done will be the end of any potential good investment here. Now 7 weeks and nothing. I assume now talks havent even begun or worse, broken down because you won't get a specialist in to deal with this phase of business. Put the RNS out today to put us out of our misery. What will you raise 1 million pounds? For what? To get you through to your pension. Any other person who works like you would have been sacked years ago. You are on a jolly here. Jetty around doing nothing at investors costs. You could at least inform us on how you have done nothing more on other projects in the time you have had your feet up. But that would also be to embarrassing for you.

6 weeks on Patrick and not one of the big 5 has put an offer in? Same old same old from you. Im not sure how you define negotiations but it seems we have very different views on it. How long will you give it this time before you throw the negotiations out again? Just retire now if you really can't be bothered

'Pc not capabale of anything' big statement, but i don't think that is what safetrader is trying to say.

Look at the facts. Over the year all PC has achieved is finding a few potentially good projects. Which is great. That seems to be something he is either very good at or extremely lucky with. It doesn't matter either way he did that.

What he isn't delivering and judging by the facts over the last years is turning these projects into money. And in turn raising the sp. There is no point in going around in circles, that is the blinding obvious facts.

If PC is unwilling to set his pride aside i fear deeply that sheldrake could turn out to be correct with his statements.

With these talks PC will be dealing with experienced and very good negotiators. If he tries this alone we will always end with a bad deal. He needs help. It isn't always a bad thing to get that help. It may cost us a bit. But as you are all aware this project could and should bring in a substancial reward.

That being said, i am still hoping by september things will look very different. I am hoping multiple deals will be made this summer. If PC fails that, we will be in a difficult situation, and we ha e our differences with sheldrake but he could infact be right in some things he says. Another placing will hurt us badly before a deal. It will leave us in a very vulnarable position.

So 4 weeks on patrick. How far along are we? Are all 5 parties still interested? Time for another update on that front now. Have you made any more plans on the project or are we in a stale mate until someone makes an offer?
