It's a difficult question to answer, as I said proof is not easy to come by. My assumption is based on the incompetence like you wrote, the incompetence is now at a point where it is gone to far leading me to believe there is an aspect to it where he is doing it on purpose. And for me if someone is willing to release false information in the way of an rns to their gain, (drawing in more pis) for example long lake. And the way cs is being played it is ringing alarm bells and giving me dejavu. A part of me says it is no longer incompetence but negligence. If I could prove it we would all have our money back and the 2 companies would no longer exist. Many lths are fed up. Not just fed up. Livid! And I am clearly one of them. As you cna all tell this has been an issue for years now. How many more years. I'd like to just add to those who are about to write just sell up and move on. Save it because I won't. Only when I get my investment back. Or I lose the lot. It's the situation I am in. I hold a grudge over pc because of the negligence. That's why I won't be looking to ever reinvest in his companies or even try to make a profit out of it. All I want is my investment back and out.

I respect your opinion. We all know you won't respect mine. Fact is in pcs career he has only ever struck 1 deal many many years ago. That of which it is extremely hard to find much information on. I don't think he is as well off as some of you believe. I think he may have put his funds back then into building sres and tym. My question is if he has invested so much in 2 companies why is he showing absolutely no interest in getting us moving forwards. And over a period of 12 years now? It makes no sence. Which leads me to make assumptions. Are we just his tax break? Something is very fishy. Perhaps you may all find out if the deal falls through. I won't be shocked. You all may be. Instead of just blatantly disregarding my assumptions. (that's all they are because proof is hard to come by) why don't you counter it with actual evidence that pc is trying to move the company forward. That is evidently just as hard which shouldn't be if he was serious about being a business man

OK had a quick read up by tym. Seems they have more pis there that have wised up to pc. That really hits home. At what point do you all see that pc is a con man? He is costing pis thousands and thousands of pounds for his gain. He isn't making a deal he has had long enough now. And let's be honest he can't he give his investors the name of interested parties. Anyone can say someone is interested. To all the new inverstors just look back to long lake. Read through the rns and watch how the project goes from amazing to nothing. Ever since then this company has collapsed. And to try and hide his devious work pc has decided to scrap all precious metals to digging up dirt and pretending someone is interested. You all need to wise up instead of cuddling up to pc. Everyone invested within the last 11 years should be given their original investment back the company should fold and pc arrested. Simple as that. 2 companies he is getting away with it to. Utter disgrace. A disgrace that aim even allow such people to be a part of their market.

You can all tell me what you want. For someone to sell 100 grand at this stage, they clearly know something we don't. That is a major hit if you ask me. That has hit me back quite a bit to be honest.

It states in the last cs rns that the test went very well. We are just waiting to see what the CRMC are going to offer at this stage

These little rises is what i have been wanting to see before the big news. If we can creep up towards 0.5p then have the big rns. That should sort the men from the boys.

I want to agree with that one just one, but surely by flooding us with rns' would be a different tactic. Perhaps push our potential buyer into making a somewhat bigger offer, or even quicker. The rns system is not only for us but for other potential candidates. If the one customer was to get sniff of another company that is interest it might make them twitchy. Fact is with only one potential customer they will bend us over their knee. My question is why aren't there other companies showing interest?

Sells are clearly from those who bought in assuming after Friday's afternoons rise that today we would have an rns. I thought we would too.

I think it's a mix of news could drop at any moment on any Form of deal, takeover or project sale, and the fact that the shares have been tucked away by share holders. The mms don't seem to have many more to sell. Now I am getting excited and that says a lot. If news does come hold strong. The sp should just keep flying because the mms won't have anything to play with. OK I don't know what is wrong with me today. Lol that's the 2nd ramp within a few hours. Sorry for that.

Imo I think a jv would be awful for us. Firstly we would be offered next to nothing, we have to take into account that nothing is actually built at the site to get us into production. Basically a jv may actually help us get into production but pc is not quick at anything. Which would see us possible years at the price we are at today. On the other hand, if we are bought out right, this will also be a factor. The company who decides to take the project into production will need to first build everything that is needed. It's going to be a difficult one, at the moment I can't see this being everything others here have made it up to be. That's why I have changed my guess down to probably not even 3 times the sp of today.

Safe it's a guessing game. I guessed at somewhere between 3 and 5p. Think we can all agree I am not an optimist, and seeing as there has been only one potenital customer, iv lowered my guess considerably to between 0.75p and 1.5p. The market doesn't seem to be liking this project, that's most probably why we are at a stalemate right now.

I was quite upset we never got a projects update like each year end of October. It's looking more and more like pc is under pressure from his potential customer. Pc still needs to remember it's his company and not be pushed around. If he carries on he will make a God awful deal with them. It's now time to update us thoroughly pc. The potential customer has had long enough now to decide. Deadlines need to be made now. We need to start moving forwards one way or another.

Seems to be a trend in project updates towards end of October each year. Will be interesting to see if we get one at the end of this week. Share allocation should be mid to end of November, and yearly results in December. So hopefully we should get some sort of communication flow within the next 2-3 months. I just hope the biggie arrives soon. Come on Patrick. Make me eat my hat.

I'm in the same position. I can't read anymore comments about how news is just around the corner and it will change the company completely. That has been said since our gold project over a decade ago.

Yes my investment here has left me in a position where I won't sell. I havnt lost anything. Still have those shares ;) yes my investment looks horrible. Atleast I can be honest about that!
