How was it positive? The sp hasn't moved, no buys at all. To me that doesn't show positivity. That shows that the market has finally woken up to pc and his rubbish he spouts. Unless the sp moves for me then its a nothing rns. Waste of money and time. All that rns suggests is we are going to move away from cs because pc can't sell it. I wonder what will happen when the next project doesn't get going. I wonder if you all still wont see how pc is misleading investors. Then blame people for buying in at the wrong time. I bought in back when we 'found' gold. The sp back then reacted massively. Then we have seen numerous projects which i can understand why people bought on the news, just for it to be lies from patrick. And people like you have the audacity to blame people for buying at the wrong time

Then why hasnt bay state progressed, or our gold projects. Actually why hasnt cs progressed. There is a pattern. Cs will be shelved and once again we will be lead down the garden path.

So do we forget about cs now or what is the plan from here? Same old same old. When the project is dead start a new one. With no real rise to suggest the new project is any good either. Pc is a con man

No we are not. But what do you suggest we can do? All we can do as PIs is hope that PC delivers. Its dire times for this company at the moment. The sp was always going to slip further if nothing happens. My worst fears is this isnt the lowest it will go. Most probably a placing coming up. If this carries on we might even get delisted from aim. I cant stay positive when nothing positive is happening im sorry people but this is a disgrace

We have been over this. There is no point. Only about 5 shareholders will turn up. 2 of which will sign max. Thats why i have stopped being negative. I wont go to the agm. When it counts so there is no point in being negative on here. As shocking as our affairs are we just have to wait and hope that pc makes that deal of a lifetime. There really is nothing else we can do.

Safe, until an RNS states we arn't in talks then we still are.

Also agree an update on other projects would be nice

I predict 0.4p within the next 2 months. And i think that will be before any news arrives. Just my own thoughts.

No news necessary. Last update we are still in talks. Those talks will hopefully progress into negotiations soon. We probably won't be informed on it so maybe they have done already. No one knows how long negotiations can last. But as long as we are still in contact with interested parties its good enough for me. Just a waiting game now

We have literally s3cured another 200k. How csn you all be so negative. Id understand if it was bad news but it is good news. It keeps us afloat until a deal. Step by step.

Imagine his pain when we sell at a profit knowing his money is now ours. I think thats what is getting to him the most. If i was so into this share like he is i would buy back and make back my losses. But i dont think he is that intelligent to understand that.

There really isn't anything he can inform us about. He has put all of his eggs in one basket with csn. At the moment it doesnt look like we have an interested party. He wont release that news as it will destroy the company alltogether. All we can do is wait. At the end of the year we may come into some money via other projects which should keep us a float for another year or 2. After that i believe it will be the end if we dont find a buyer. Lets wait and see

Could they mean someone believes an RNS on the 2nd or 3rd of may, or between 3rd and 7th may?

I refuse to get roped into it again safe. Unless you have a decent idea of how to change things and impliment it then the comments are worthless. The AGM was a chance to do just that. So we sit back and wait. The worlds econimics are in turmoil so its no wonder a tiny company like ours is on the brink of going under. Tbh im amazed we have lasted this long. We are now truly in the make or break situation. I can't see us lasting another 2 years with no deal so just sit back and wait for us to either make it or go bust. Iv accepted i wont get my money back so anything else is a positive.

The only time i will agree with claire. The moaning is pointless on here. We had a chance at the AGM. No one went. Including myself. So i have no right to moan on here. I do however disagree with claire on bullxing others because they have s different opinion. Calling people scum because they have a different opinion is just rude and from someone who has no come back. All we can do is wait. Years if we have to. Aim will always have its spikes. So just wait for the next one. Oh and claire i see u say everyone likes a bargain, but no one is buying at the moment so rubbish comment again

The New Warrants will have a five-year term but will only vest (i.e. become exercisable) if during 2023:



· Tolsa USA Inc ("Tolsa") exercises its option to acquire the Company's Pioche Project (see RNS of 21 December 2022), or



· The Company enters into a substantive agreement (in the opinion of the Remuneration Committee) that could result in the development of the CS Project.



If the New Warrants do not vest in 2023 the warrants will expire.i

I havnt been replying here lately because i couldnt get to the AGM. All of our comments on here are worthless. We all had a chance to change something at the AGM. And no one went or challenged PC. Thats why i dont write anything on here anymore. All we can do is wait snd hope. Maybe top up to average down along the way. If i can i will be. Not because i believe in PC. Only because i believe the way aim works, eventually we will see another spike. Eventually we will be made an offer which we will take. Weather good or bad it will send the sp up a bit. That will be my get out point. No point in ramping anymore on here. All it is is words. If you truly want to change something go to the AGM or by enough shares to challenge PCs position.

The market has now accepted that all talks have fallen through. There really is no other explaination for the sudden death of the sp in the last weeks. Pc wont admit it. My shares are now tucked away for another 10 years. I have given up hope on cs. Maybe some time the sp will push up to where im willing to sell. Then im long gone. But until then im out from posting on this shambles of a company

200% should be a start before a deal. If we end up 200% from here on a deal it would be awful
