So Lyn has completed his share issue to the instis meaning the Market Cap for Ygen at 18p per share is around £129.5 mill. Prior to the issue Ygen Market Cap at 18p would of been around £112.3 mill.
So simple maths after the share dilution the market cap has increased by around £17 mill at 18P sp.
Lyn has no doubt informed the instis what his plans are for his purchases and the surplus cash in the bank, unfortunately something us plebs are not party to at this moment in time.
I appreciate the instis will want to see a return in the future but if Lyn doesn’t give a **** about the SP which I am becoming increasingly sure he doesn’t he could play this card again to reach his £500 mill goal he quoted early this year with another round of share dilution. Ok he may not convince the instis so easy next time round but who knows, nothing surprises me with this share.
Yesterday for once due to the SP stagnation through the trading day the BB trades were as near correct as we’ll ever see, we had 5 or 6 buys and a few unknowns. We cannot draw PI’s to this share whatever good news is published, this is proven. In Spring we could concurrently hold daily figures in excess of 100 trades per day sometimes 300, this is now a thing of the past, with the odd exception we struggle to hit 40 trades per day over the last few months.
The instis now have all their shares, we now need bus loads of new investors to kick start this share.
