All it means is exactly that 1,000,000 shares have been purchased, it changes nothing at opening tomorrow the trades won’t push the share price higher or sustain a higher SP moving forward.
Until the company is promoted and managed properly we’re unfortunately in the dug out.

I remember a few Decembers back listening to an AGM from DS Smith, it was really interesting how forceful the instis were towards the board with questions asked, more to the point if the board didn’t answer in a manner the instis were happy with back they come with the same question slightly modified, they took no prisoners, how it should be in my opinion.
The boards of companies get the fat salaries so why shouldn’t they stand up and be questioned once a year.
Rees seems to get away lightly.

What are your thoughts on the BOD ratio to employees?.
