Looking at this in a simplistic manner and refraining from using the word “corrupt”

Something is wrong when the share is not allowed to find its own level, for example the SP could of been allowed to run up to “say” 104 buy, 102 sell (or whatever price was needed) then both buyers and sellers would of both been fulfilled with their requests, once people’s requests are filled and if then more supply than demand retrace back to “say” 98p NOT hold at 99.99 on regular occasions through the week and stop potential buyers buying with no trades allowed, that’s not how the markets should work. Everything has a price.

Ok I’ll use the word “CORRUPT” because that’s exactly what it is in my opinion.

That’s my point really, why didn’t the SP get raised to encourage sellers to fulfil more buys ?. As soon as 99.99p was reached on Hargreaves it was then a “no trade” even a £500 buy request wasn’t accepted. I think from memory I could get £250 which is useless when HL fees are taken into consideration (they know that).
I can’t accept this is anything short of MM manipulation, I was just trying to understand the reasoning hence me asking on this BB.
I suppose we have to accept it’s AIM at the end of the day, that’s another subject in its self

Wondering why the SP is being manipulated to be kept under £1 this week. I was watching on a several occasions (Thursday/Friday) where the Share buy price was 99.99p, the sell price was being raised within the 99 range to 99.57p narrowing the spread. Posts on this BB saying people are selling stopping the price going over £1 but due to the amount of times 99.99p was hit I can’t believe it’s the sellers that’s keeping the SP from going above £1, to much of a coincidence in my view.

3 days later on Wednesday afternoon it’s now 85 BTC x £40,710 = £3.46 Million. A nice easy £290,000 in less than 72 hours.

209k & 113k are both buys imho.

Pulled back $2,000, touching $45,500.

Freed up some money to buy some more shares tomorrow but wondering after last weeks debacle how difficult it’s going to be to buy a reasonable lump.

Can someone explain what we’re seeing here this afternoon with the SP, and why it’s allowed to happen.

I always thought the price of a share was dictated by the supply and demand, as is most things in life. If I want to buy £10k worth but only being offered £150 worth why is the price not going up to entice sellers so to fulfill my request ?.

ihavenoclue, yes and we can’t do nothing about it. Can get 110.00 sell now, 109.99 buy on £150

Came all the way down in £50 increments, I can get a buy quote for £150 at 109.99 that’s it.
CORRUPTION.

Agree Rizvi 1, given up hitting the requote after 1 hour and 200 ish attempts. Even tried lowering my buy to £1k but still no price. Likewise no trouble selling.

This should not be allowed, in my head this is corruption.

110 buy / 109.881 sorry .119p. Never seen the spread this small.

0.11 pence difference between buy and sell on HL a few minutes ago.
