It was a further placing, CC was skint, and nothing said last December makes any sense on the financials. It can't just be me that sees this surely? The plan will require that bucket for a few years yet, they cannot run the business without it.
Makes a good trading play though, just don't get carried away thinking you are buying into a proper company.

You really think CC would say they have run out of cash due to unforseen reduced revenue? They happily sit on information for months, or years in the case of UK contract. If they had strong, proven cashflow they would have found a lender to enable funding the route HP insisted she would. They haven't, and they couldn't, hence same old bucket outing.

Apart from an obvious collapse in cash collection, HP stresses that in the unlikely event of funding being required, they would look to access debt facilities. So, letters of credit improving cash flow, and even advance payments being collected, yet STILL the business cannot stand up and STILL cannot find funding outside of a placing. Don't forget many of the top bods here own other businesses, one x chairs a funding circle for businesses like Cyanconnode. Any thoughts why none will lend? HP was very clear about avoiding placings, six months later guess what LOL.

Through H2 2019 to end of 2020 the balance sheet, and reported monthly revenues, were breaking all known CC history. It's all in the presentation from December, so it must have been happening? Strange then, they need £400k from a couple of directors, and then the placing that should never have been needed. I don't see how much more proof is needed to confirm revenues have not continued anywhere near JC's predicted path.

So, to be clear. You are very happy directors can take increasing amounts out, of a constant loss making co., so they can buy more shares with a small part of their inflated gains? That is illusional and you delusional.

Gov. should have safeguards in place to stop directors , of loss making co's, rewarding themselves while taking public money. Imagine the salary spike if CC ever actually file a profit!

dwall. To reiterate thoughts on India, there isn't a nation that hasn't lost families, friends and businesses as you should know. Sympathy and respect is due to every nation through this sickening time for so many.
I've looked in on ADVFN and struggle with your statement 'Advfn is producing some talented coverage of late'. It looks like a one poster crusade, adding unsubstantiated information, that is being lapped up by some desperate followers. Not unlike here. Another post here today, from a seasoned viewer, has added comments that have no foundation whatsoever. I wont be posting on ADVFN, though think it would be of benefit to challenge most of what I have read. This BB is far more amusing, which is all these boards should be really. Given nobody knows anything and the company aren't going to change that until they are good and ready.

Morning LTI, why do you think this? I have researched this morning, what have you found to suggest this will provide a significant fillip to CC's development?

Have you seen all 5779 posts? I was really upbeat back in the day, then things started to happen. Conversations with senior Cyan staff, and complete opposites played out. Much like recent events really.
Incidentally, my 'cheap shots' are just an amuse, yours were a drunken stream of personal threats dweeb. I do hope you now see the difference.
All that said, there is always money to be made here. Mainly due to above.
