EMH is controlled by the Czech Government through its 51% shareholding through the state owned CEZ. The lithium mine is estimated to contain 3% of the World's known lithium resources and is the largest deposit in Europe.

I am sure a contributor published details of the "Shareholders' Agreement" earlier in the year showing the safeguards for the minority shareholders in the event of a takeover.

I don't think there are any parallels between Sirius and EMH. EMH is effectively owned by the Czech Government through the 51% holding of CEZ.

Your shares are wanted by others at the cheapest price and in my view there is a degree of manipulation going on. Most of the trades are ridiculously small and have a disproportionate effect on the current share price.

I think the time is just right to top up my ISA. Multi million Euro companies like CEZ don't go bust.

It has to be remembered that the lithium resource controlled by the Company is the largest hard rock resource in Europe and that the Company's majority shareholder is a multi million pound company. CEZ are not going to go bust and the lithium resource is close to the German and Czech auto industry who are committed to building electric vehicles.

The sharks are out there wanting your shares on the cheap.

You might not be expecting any news for the next 10 years Skelly but i think others, including the Czech government and CEZ will have a different view. You really must try and cheer up.

It's not just KC who is predicting imminent news. The Czech Government and others have been quite vocal recently. This share will take off before the end of the year imho.

It's deliberate manipulation by major investors who want to pick up shares on the cheap in advance of a torrent of news over the next few months. All in my opinion only of course.
