I am surprised by the acrimonious comments by certain contributors simply because another person has a different opinion.

All very logical but I still think that someone forgot to chase this permit up a week or so ago.

I would bet that the necessary "licence" will not be issued until the New Year. JP certainly needs to shape up.

I think the second RNS is highly material as our best chance of getting any revenue in the first half of the year gets kicked further down the road.

We're still dealings with concepts. They do not produce revenue.
Tomco seems to be stumbling at the moment and we badly need a revenue stream from them in the not too distant future.

I wouldn't bet on operations starting until late January with samples to QFI early February at the earliest. I think someone simply forgot about the mining permit.

I hope the official who issues the mining permits doesn't have an extended Christmas holiday. Very unprofessional.

It sounds to me as if someone forgot to obtain the necessary mining permit and have blamed it on the virus. So now start up in mid January....perhaps.

Unfortunately it seems that the Utah start up has been delayed until early January (see RNS on Tomco) due to a permit issuance delay so no samples to QFI until at least the end of January I would suggest. However we do seem to have a collaboration agreement re the new super, dooper MSAR.

Not a clue. Also I wonder why the price is dropping slightly given the huge potential of EMH. No logic to it.

Let's not go off on a tangent about the new, green, MSAR. Let's get the project started and customers in place using the standard MSAR. I would have thought it would then be easy to offer "the new super dooper version. Let's get the standard MSAR product sold first.
And incidentally where is TOMCO@s long awaited RNS?

I think McDoog's posting is the most sensible contribution to this board for a long time. Forget LONO's , joint ventures etc and get some customers for the enhanced UTAH fuel. Get some orders.
