Surely hydrogen will be used to power a fuel cell thus driving an electric motor. ICE will not figure in the equation? Hydrogen will be dispensed from filling stations similar to petrol and diesel.
Think of all the hundreds of thousands of charging points that will become redundant as battery power is replaced.
