Thanks for that interesting summary elir. You have put your finger on the problem. QFI need a deal closer as well as talented engineers. Not having a sales director probably cost them the Saudi business. They need someone who can get a contract signed. Pay them a modest salary and very generous commission. Then we might see results.
They need a deal closer BC. A sales director on a small salary with a generous commission based on results. Academics and engineers are not good at deal closing in my experience.
Joe, I am so glad my assumption/presumption has turned out to be wrong. I am heavily invested here, and in QFI, so believe me I want this project to succeed.
Before Christmas it was hinted that the mining licence would be available on the 21st December and that work would commence as soon as the New Year break was over. If this had happened surely it would mean an RNS to that effect. I would bet the hold up is the licence.
