COB, ridiculous headline. It will be a boring update and if you're excited, then you must have a sadder life than me! Remember the build up to the CTA announcement? That went well didn't it! The SP will probably be even lower by the close tomorrow.

I'd have to find that quote before attaching any significance to it. I'll start to take a bit more notice if and when this share ever gets past £2 or 4p old money because all this reported research has made not one iota of difference so far. Nobody is buying and volume is miniscule. Perhaps putting certain people on a pedestal is a bit premature especially if more funds are needed this year.

I dread these presentations. They always disappoint as they're never given with any enthusiasm. I reckon we'll be down a few more pence by Friday. There's no buying and no volume. I'll put my tin hat on but that's how I feel about this share atm.

Tend to agree. Can't even get to £2 and hold.

I'm just trying to add some balance. We see some highly technical stuff posted and 5 minutes later there are 10 tick-ups! I suggest that 90% (at least) don't even click on the links so most holders are just looking for how the company will obtain cash to keep the business running and that's why I think the potential milestones from GSK are so important. Judging by the way some people flare up, I think there is more insecurity among some holders than they would like to let on!
For the record, I am not a trader but a LTH.

LTH of approx 10 years. Average 78p new money. I should imagine the HNWI's are less than happy about their investments at present but I do bow to their better knowledge than a pauper like me. I still fail to see why so many people on here don'e realise that Sareum HAS NO INCOME ATM and is relying, financially, on the decision by GSK whether to progress 737 or string the company along as did their predecessor. IMO , the absence of clarity is the reason that there are more sellers than buyers and the SP is so low.
PS, can some of the people on here such as Jamesp21 ( who sees every transaction as a sell!!) & Bluenose tell me how the Company will survive if GSK don't progress 737 and no further HNWI's are found? It's a placing or bust surely. Obvious to me at least. The bank balance won't last for ever.

LTH. This share has had low volumes and a poorly performing share since last year. An excellent update yesterday presented with absolutely no enthusiasm. Very few buyers because no income atm. What is it that you cannot se without resorting to personal stuff?

I face reality. This is a company with no current income. You're a dreamer and/or blinkered.

There will be no buying pressure until a source of income is confirmed. No amount of highly researched science will alter that. This is just another drift down week as per usual despite yesterday's excellent news. The SP performance is abysmal and has been since consolidation.

Worth re-read of the amended licence terms between Sierra & CRT as announced in the RNS of 12 November 2020.
In pounds sterling, the deal is worth a potential of £65 million plus royalties to Sareum including a payment of approx £440k on the first milestone which will be dosing of the first patient in the first trial. (27.5% of deal value)
Unless there is a surprise development from another angle in the meantime, GSK's plans will either provide Sareum with hard cash or further delays which will not help market sentiment. Cash is definitely king at the moment and the cost of progressing 737 is probably pocket money to GSK.
Tim may have been a bit optimistic when he said, in November 2020, that he was confident the amended agreement would "expedite the advancement of the SRA737 programme in a timely manner"
Fingers crossed. This is hard cash not speculation.

The RNS this morning was fantastic. No doubt.
The point I was trying to make is that thanks to the previous licence holder, 737 was not progressed in a "timely manner" either from 2016 or from 2020 when new terms were agreed. The lack of milestones could have meant the end of Sareum had it not been for several HNWI's stepping in, obviously impressed with the potential of the Company. It could be argued that choosing a bedfellow like Sierra was a mistake but I don't know how culpable the BOD were in the choice of licencee but the terms of engagement seem to me to have left Sareum very vulnerable and terms of progress should have been agreed not allowing Sierra to shelve the project. That decision could have resulted in we LTH's losing our shirts. Until potential milestones are forthcoming, new investors might be wary but if there are funds coming our way, then we will fly rapidly north IMO.
Is that not a fair assessment of the main reason for our SP being where it is?

I'm sure that I'm not the only one thinking "This is turning out to be a disappointing day for the SP". We have a brilliant RNS saying all the right things. We started well then sure as eggs are eggs, the SP declines throughout the day. We might even end red FFS! The elephant in the room is the bloody fiasco that is 737. That is the source of income in the short term and until that is sorted out, we have no income and few buyers. That's why we can't get above £2 IMO. Once milestones are in motion we'll fly but until a milestone payment is in the bag it the same old pattern IMHO.

I would be very surprised if this "finance" ever comes to anything. I anticipate an update in early August, from Dilly-Dally, to advise that the US company has been unable to raise the cash. Honestly hope I'm wrong but not optimistic.

Sep 2016 licenced to Sierra and a small upfront payment received. Terms amended in 2020. It's about time somebody pulled their finger out. Ridiculous state of affairs.

This share has now entered never - never land as do many AIM shares. The CEO is not up to the job IMO and is unable to bring a deal to the table. I believe she is incompetent but I'm not going to make a stronger comment on a public forum. She needs to get back in the lab and leave the running of the company to a business-minded person with a bit of experience. Scientists are very often no good at running a business A 10p placing for Christ's sake! Useless.

My position is simple. I hold a modest amount and I'm looking for a 50p exit. No agenda: No subterfuge.
I think the way in which Dr Diily has played this so far is a disgrace and the placing at 10p a laughable farce showing how crap she is as CEO.
My question is to those with large holdings. How much longer are you going to put up with the sweet and swift email responses before you take the BOD to task for the mismanagement of your investment and lack of progress?
It's a genuine question and please, no personal abuse. Save your anger for the people costing you money.

I just dream of this share waking up one day! Getting a bit boring.
