A LOI has been in place with TheoremRx since November 2021 so they have had 9 months to raise finance. The fact that they haven't is concerning. As far as I can tell, this potential licence with TRx is the only source of short term funds coming into Val and there is no indication that anyone else is interested in pursuing a deal with the company. If that's the case, what's plan B as the cash dwindles and TRx turns out to be a non-starter? Cash is king on The AIM and bluster means diddly squat IMO.

Adam, re para 8, I assume you are referring to Sareum and I can't debate the hoped for outcome with you as it's about 10 miles above my paygrade. I put my faith in the two scientists in charge, the support of the various HNWI's who subscribed to the placings last year and the actual progress reported in the RNS's. Whilst the SP has not been that great of late, it has performed well over a few years and much better than Val. As here, I have no idea how it will all pan out.
