Almost exactly 12 months ago, the SP stood at 8.85p or approx £4.50 post consolidation. Consolidation in March 2022 wrecked the SP taking it to a low of 117.50 soon after. No tangible benefits of consolidation yet noticed.
No news from April to July 2022 when the CTA "good news" was announced. That reduced the SP from 207.50 to 190p in the ensuing days. Next "good news" was the presentation. That performance has reduced the SP from 190p to todays close of 170p. I don't think I can take anymore "good news"!
No shareholder value is being created by the BOD and most of the people on here are talking to themselves in a vacuum. Nobody outside their bubble is listening. Volume & buying are zilch.
Unless and until someone coughs up some cash from the farce which is 737, I see the SP declining to less than a pound and I hope more than anything else that the BOD sell whatever it is they think they've got for a fiver.

Seems to me that you, as a major shareholder, have felt the need to put the BOD in "special measures". A bit disconcerting considering that the CEO was as buoyant as a cork very recently!

Look out for a presentation. Sell in the morning and buy back after the presentation following the inevitable drop. I cannot recall a positive market response after a presentation made worse by some people reading absolute bowlicks into every remark made. I don't see any interest from buyers until the disaster which is the 737 contract actually produces a milestone payment. DYOR IMHO. Yes, I'm fed up.

Unlike the £50 per share dreamers, I think I was spot on this morning when I predicted a fall. TBH it's not rocket science and perhaps I should have sold a few. The minute Dr Personality opens his mouth at a presentation, the SP drops. It happens every time. Hopefully, he won't do anymore otherwise we'll be below a pound before the end of the year. A truly shocking state of affairs when the CEO is a liability when unleashed to present something. This has been compounded by the stitch up which was the consolidation. I'm beginning to wonder where this is all leading. I hope it doesn't turn out to be another RENE or Valirx.

Just issue news by way of a RNS and preferably when you've got something to say which might be good for shareholder value for a change. Even better sell up whatever you got for £5. No, not at all. It was a good response and well written which is always a bonus in my eyes. Also good to read that a major shareholder is also critical of the poor, naive management in charge. We've got the same issue over at Sareum atm.

James, a pity you have to personalise your disappointment with Sareum. It's not my fault.

I don't understand why the raise was at 10p. Wasn't the CEO aware of potential difficulties when the SP was much higher in the same way she would have been aware when it had fallen? Why did she leave it so late and then carry out the placing at such a low figure and why was it 10p or bust? Seems to me that a lot more went on behind the scenes than the majority of shareholders are privy to. In any event, she has zero credibility in my eyes until we see some tangible progress.

Looks like the usual scenario for today pending the presentation. One trade so far as people are waiting for Tim to say something interesting which, of course, he won't. Then the MM's will knock 5/10p off the SP because that's what they do and there are no new buyers anyway until we get some clarity about where the next batch of funds are coming from.
I know I'm a pessimist but I always expect the worse and am usually right.
