Interactive Investor had the money in my account yesterday. I find them very good in general.

Seems to me that they would make more money from the assets, recently bought for a "song", if they sold them on a "well-known" on line auction site.

So to precis that verbosity: Suzy's a jolly nice person but a carp CEO!

If your shares are with an organisation such as ii or Halifax, you should find your voting options in your portfolio. My shares are held with Interactive Investor and a voting option for Valirx was clearly shown and easy to use.

The naive BOD have been strung along by a no-hope US (unserviceable, in engineering jargon) outfit. I don't get the impression that other suitors are waiting in the starting blocks. Dilly has made a hash of this and she knows it. The market knows it too. IMO.

I can't help thinking that the Thx deal is dead. The huge delay in arranging finance just doesn't ring true with me. This debacle can't go on indefinitely.

I see the MOU dates from April 2017. Has this collaboration produced a single penny in over 6 years?

I'd like to see several hundred people table a question to Dilly ( or the others) asking why she hasn't bought any shares! It seems to be the one thing that wipes that grin off her face as she got very uppity about it last time! I see this company, as it stands at present, as a vanity project. About time some cash was earned.

And until RY issues a statement, this news is going to cast a shadow over the SP IMO. Glad I didn't get tempted to buy anymore today.

I had shares is Ascent years ago until they ran into difficulties with Slovenia (I think?). Very surprised to see this RNS TBH. It doesn't look like much of a deal for AMC holders and I don't really think RY would be interested in merging this dead duck with an even deader one!!

I did think the SP would be Circa 2p at this stage. Doesn't seem to be much buying pressure on the final day before XD.

A once great nation is broken. It seems that covid, with all its ramifications, was the final straw that broke the nations back. The decay of government reminds me of 1979 and 1997.

I was just looking back through the appalling history of the handling of 201. In June, it will be 12 months since Dilly said Thx needed more time to raise finance. Does anyone seriously believe that the original LOI has any gravity or credence? No fees have been paid and the BOD have been strung along IMO. There was also some discussion around the value of the original P1/2 due to the small cohort of patients fitting the criteria ( they had to be very ill) and the trial was carried out on 12 people. Dilly needs to give a full update on the overall situation. There are too many grandiose ideas for a company with zero income and no interest in a flagship product. All IMO only.

The joyful ramping style also reminds me of St Tropez who successsfully got the SP to a good level and then suddenly disappeared into the ether. Perhaps St Tropez is Iceman/PI? As this is the internet, you never really know who anyone is.

I think it's unlikely that Dilly has anything positive to report.

A potential HNWI investor/investors will have a maximum price so the people who control the price won't want it getting too high. The previous HNWI's who are substantially out of pocket atm, might take a different view of the shenanigans.
