In fairness to the market etc Fred, there is one person who must take most of the blame for the current situation and that's the CEO, Dr Suzy Dilly. Everybody is waiting for a clear pathway out of the current doldrums. The recent AGM doesn't seem to have clarified things at all. Just shown unease IMO.

Fred, I'm struggling a bit with this "Adam" phenomenon and I think the market is too!

He's a major shareholder and a scientist but he's not on the board so just how far can his influence stretch? The BOD don't seem short of boffins but seem light on business acumen. All parties will have to tread a thin line regarding how much Adam can know before a line is crossed. He has also been placed in an awkward position with such a large financial interest in the company.

IMO, it would have been better for him to have joined the BOD officially on terms agreeable to all. I think the current situation has created more uncertainty. All IMO only.

The 13589 @119.90 trade shown as a sell might well have been a buy as the ask was increased to 125 from 120 at the same time.

Unless he's on the BOD, he remains simply a large shareholder who is very deeply out of pocket. He's neither on the inside pi**ing out or on the outside pi**ing in.

I still maintain that it is exceptionally brave/foolhardy to invest so much money in a small AIM company that is yet to make enough money to cover the cost of a McDonalds Cheeseburger for each of the BOD. I don't for one moment doubt the heady combined scientific prowess of the BOD plus AH but don't we need someone who can do business? Highly intelligent scientific boffins are not always the right people to make money. They prefer to spend weeks debating minutiae and are maybe a bit blind to the larger picture? All IMO only.

Team, we've got scientists coming out of our ears! What we need is commercial acumen. Adam's in a bit of a no mans land and he will have to tread carefully for obvious reasons.

No, he can't be privy to any information he would not be aware of as an ordinary shareholder like the rest of us. Unless he's on the BOD, which he's not, he should not be given any information not publicly announced.

I think many think Porky's observations make complete sense unlike your mindless and ridiculous posting history where you have been 100% wrong.

Putting aside any agendas or politics, what Porky says makes sense to me. A highly intelligent women like Stella is not going to put money in at 7.5p if she believes she can buy at less. This is the elephant in the room isn't it? They all know it and that's why they're all so visibly uncomfortable. IMO.

Most confident BOD' s just wouldn't mention individuals IMO.

RNS 8 Nov 2022 stated MHRA "unable to approve" a softer version of reject but the reasons were given so why the concern? It's history anyway!
