That's what I want. I'd like to see an RNS suspending the shares pending an offer to buy the Company lock stock & barrel. Nice and decisive with a fixed price per share. I don't want the hassle of deciding what to sell and when following bits of good news because I always get the timing wrong anyway! Fifty pence per share would do nicely then I can get rid of the few remaining AIM shares I have left and say good bye and good riddance to AIM for ever! Anyone else feel the same?

I got told off for even alluding to fund raising during last weeks euphoria! Anyway, the company has sufficient funding for the rest of the year and into next. I think the drop is due to the usual vacuum after any considerable rise and decent news will reverse the fall dramatically. Still a very disappointing week so far. I really thought a penny would have been breached on Monday but, as they say, WTFDIK!

The implication is that there is nothing worthy of reporting via an RNS. This begs the question, just what is going on behind the scenes? I would like to see a resolution of this 10 years of failure to adequately market a super life- saving product but this is what happens when there is no talent or panache at the top.

Basically, to be a CEO on AIM you have to be a person who is entirely comfortable to being extremely economical with the truth. There was no mention of this fund raise in updates on 19 May or 16 June but if Dilly had mentioned fundraising then, the SP would have collapsed so she had no alternative but to say what people want to hear, knowing all along that the begging bowl would be doing the rounds before long!. Obviously no point in subscribing via the broker as the SP will be at placing level soon anyway. Anyone still think Dilly is an angel or perhaps another scientist on the vanity wagon?

Remember how the SP moved within a very narrow band for years. Something like £0.003 to £0.004. Looks like we're in for another endless session of £0.0075 to £0.0085. There's nothing to move it. Neither good nor bad news! I don't know whether to laugh or cry really!
