Level 2 just let you see the order book. Whats available at what price rather than the spread that you are shown here - becaue the true buy & sell prices are different to the spread shown. It gives you enough info to be able to see when the price will probably move up & down.
You have to understand how the market works to make proper use of it. as with everything, its not a magic bullet. Its additional information to make better decisions.
