Why would you waste runway cash spending it on clearing the CLN, when it can be paid in installments in cash or through a small capital raise?

Until the SP gets to a reasonable point, you wouldn't settle the CLN, it makes no sense. At a higher SP , a CLN raise every quarter would just be seen as an opportunity or, in fact, maybe even done at premium providing results are good - especially if there is a license deal.

In Junior pharma dilution is part of the journey.....So suddenly popping up and telling us there will be a raise is not the scary tactic that people like you were once able to use.

However, I think there will be a partner before then, based on their results being release at conference......Once the SP rises to a reasonable level there will probably be capital raise to clear the CLN, MINIMISING dilution.

L2 Dealer has RSP

Using LSE to see buys or sells is pointless. They use midpoint as refrence and that is rarely the case.

There seems to be a big thing about buys reported as sells.it's just the LSE algo that has to base itself on midpoint as it can't really do anything else. You'll only know really, if you're using something like L2 Dealer where you can see the MM actual Bid/Ask.

Bottom line, you can't use LSE to figure out Buy sell ratio. And this "mis reporting" is not a conspiracy, its just not able to work out the true Bid Ask

In pharma you don't tend to get hostile takeover bids....they know the value of the sales of the product and there is an known multiplier.

They generally want a clean transfer with required staff, plus if they bid correctly it stops a bidding war...
