Spread betting can be a bit stressful some days. Its fine if you keep it under your control and understand your limits. Its easy to get carried away and think its all upside. its not and can runaway on the downside really quickly,with it being leveraged.

You're better playing with a dummy account until you understand the implications of leveraged trading. IG allow you to use dummy accounts to get to grips with it
