All fair points legal. Not dissimilar to my point earlier , that doing a deal now may under sale any asset. May as well get at least half way through the ten drill targets. Gives CB much more to play with

Anyway I imagine he will be spending a lot of time with the 'big boys' during the two events planned this week. Who knows what he might agree to over a couple of cold ones.

I agree with TS , the outcome of the license will have an impact on the deal done but wont stop a deal being done all together. Fact is they will want to know the exact lay of land before paperwork is drawn up. What is 'in' and what is 'out' .

TBH with ten drills planned i think CB would be selling it short to negotiate after only two completed. I didn't agree with him raising the additional funds but now its done he may as well put the money to work. If the first five holes come back with mega grades then it may be a case of CB having the pick of the 'big boys' bunch anyway.
