I'm with CF, Hanno said last Monday that the new tariff would be presented in a weeks time. What is there to dispute ?

At 14:40 in the podcast last Monday Hanno noted that the new model is being but in a presentation to be ready for government in a week. That to me suggests it's either in already or will be today
