Someone liked the tweet Laxey, big big buy printed
Update due Twitter account alive and kicking Coincidence ? https://twitter.com/Ncondezi_Energy
CM - my research has led me to a similar conclusion. I am expecting an update around the middle of the month, potentially detailing the fact the partners want more than 60% of the project. Now that could range anywhere from 70-100 % - though as pointed out before the closer we get to '100%', the likelihood of us not being at the table for the rest of the deal increases. If you catch my drift????
trades straight out of the traps on Nex. Perhaps it's ClarksMark !!!!
I am with Laxey, please speak your mind ClarksMark. Would be interesting to hear your theory
There is your large sell at 15:06 Mike
Games Mike, either that or expect to see a delayed sell from 15:00. MM moved at 15:06
Laxey if a larger (or entire) stake was requested and this required further negotiations then the company could be placed in a closed period regarding communications. I revert back to my original point regarding Liberium - if this was only about confirming the o&m and EPC bids were in then the market would know by now. Lets think about all the time that has past, think of what you could get done.............
I suspect the unforeseen news could possibly be the partners wanting more than the 60% outlined in the NBO, in fact perhaps they want the lot. Rest assured if this news of a 'closed period' is true then we should be very happy. GE and CMEC walking away from a NBO would not be deemed as unforeseen (the agreement was and still is non-binding), therefore it would't meet the criteria to enter a 'closed period'. If the news was bad Liberium would of made NCCL release the details to the market by now. Just look back on the SEP debacle , shareholder loan facility, the lack of company financing - all were report quickly and honestly to the market. Liberium don't allow skeletons to stay in the closet for long. The penny will drop here eventually
While your there see if you can find Dandy
Is that where they keep the shandy ?
FYI I know the difference between a hedge and an investment. Either way I don't see ftse100 companies handing them out to Aim juniors willy-nilly
Another thing I forgot to mention Shirley was that NTOG ROI on 40 dollar oil is 2:1 - wti is currently 60 dollars. Why don't you return the favour and give us all a good laugh, you tell me why NTOG will be 3p again before it hits 6p. PS you can't use because Dan Levi said so as one of your reasons
And you'd know better than BP and Washington federal bank ? FYI 24 x 52 = 1248 bpd plus 166bpd from pine mills . All for 5 mill market cap .......
My theory is the reason they have used the four months fully is because they want more or potentially all of project. Three's a crowd and its usually the little fish that gets taken out.........
BalianB try placing an order - it will get filled eventually
Look back at previous RNS' and you'll see that whenever there was a delay, extension or something wrong then liberium were hot on getting an annocment released to the market. Things wouldn't of changed this time around. I am 98% sure bids have been received over the last week and are now being considered , I also suspect more than just the EPC and O&M bids have been submitted. I think some may be surprised with the progress that has been made since December
No news is great news here
Agree, no RNS tomorrow for extension or delay would indicate the bids are in. Nomad has always been really strict with NCCL communicating bad news to the market. No news tomorrow is good news
The grey is usually where we lose money mate. Anyway as you said, onwards and upwards here
