Rooster. You are never cautious with ONC , I admire your dedication but…… while I do not want to do you a disservice, myself having had a terrible experience long term with this company (disgruntled ex holder or saviour make your own mind up) , there are a few points to add.

The £4m of revenue is approx, ONC past record on this expecting £3.5m

You do not mention the overheads of £5mill (approx so expect £5.5 ( £5m my recollection of past readings so DYOR but ITRO) plus cost of sales

Additional cost of new borrowing.

This is very far from breaking even especially when compared to the final accounts for the losses previously.

The visibility of revenue £1.6m . There is already over £1m of revenue from freenome (reference from your post I have not gone back to confirm)This indicates £600k of new sale so far from a very expensive sales team. ( surely questionable considering the size that has been announced in previous up beat announcements ( I would assume a large portion of the substantial overheads.

I feel your enthusiasm and when/if positive news is issued I will jump straight in

Overstating and under delivering is a trait of ONC regardless of BOD changes. Maybe it’s just gradually got down to the place where most investors have lost faith and the funding cannot keep pace with the decline.

ONC can change 30% on a day with. The spread and very minimal trades either way. One day is not a barometer for sure

This will not settle either way until a funding strategy is announced.

Personally I believe any funding will be very detrimental to existing holders and the sp will tank.

A brave (and maybe very fortunate) investor would buy now

I will jump back in if any deal is favourable but only after the market reaction. Clever or stupid I take the choice

I am patiently watching from the sidelines as I believe there is potential for ONC but I’d rather jump in the have to bail

All the talk from the company is overstated, approx 3m means 2.7million etc. not approx 2.5. That is from a trading update 31st Jan to final results 10th feb. Blatant misuse of approx. If they say revenue approx 4mill 2025 then its mid 3’s

Overheads are too high. At projected 5mill . (Probably understated) in line with 2024 will result in another significant loss. (3 mill my guess )

Cash is running out to keep afloat at this cash burn

Raise funds at these levels.. dilution??
