The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
What's going on? Can't find any news but chunky sales going through and big drop in sp. Surely not contagion from Provident Financial debacle? Anyone spot anything adverse?
You are right. It is surprising just how conservatively the BoD has valued the land assets. It surely sets them up for a predator to unlock that value. A buyer could pay a significant premium to current sp and still come out way ahead financially
Surprised at high volume of sales at such a low sp. Maybe bad news in the offing,? Wish I felt confident to average down. Again. But is it a falling knife?
I have just bought back in. Think this looks really cheap now. Well managed business, in a sector that I believe will grow. Well positioned to take market share from competitors. The drop looks really overcooked
Maybe not so hidden now. 6 months on, up 25%. More to come....still undervalued
I guess the sales today and drop to 26p continuing the recent downturn, underline the risks of relying on charts and or director buying.
News that the BoD are increasing fees to the related party investment adviser is going down badly. Logic says that with a shrinking portfolio to manage, and missed milestones the fees would be reduced-were they not a related party! Stuff that brings aim into disrepute. Weak Bod being managed by the executives. Time they acted for all shareholders
Wow, market loved these results. Onwards and upwards.
Today, not bad in a tougher market - just 1.9% down like for like but strategic progress made and profit expoected to be there or there abouts. SP has absorbed a very large early sale without much impact. Good sign
Haha. Did your mba also teach you about the size of market share?? If the market was shrinking long term which I don't believe it is, with a market share of only 10%, investing in a more cost efficient production unit is smart. But if you want to avoid go for it. Shares rising nicely just now....
I agree. The buyers have a 180 day lock in, so they have to buy the future. Great opportunity. Just added another 10k. Hard to find value like this in today's overbought markets
Jeez, gotta make 5% on these just to cover the spread . greedy mm's
The Leavers connections still have over £40m to unload.until that's done it will be 1 step forward, 2 steps back, imo
Hope you have a long memory. £10 a long way off
Down today as c.f. on 30p div. So small fall actually a rise, if you follow me...
Thanks. Does that mean the deal is completed 24/3 and cash paid out for shares? I was hoping they would complete after 6/4 to take it into next tax year....
More buyers than sellers but still over 3% down? Be good to see it bottom soon
Anyone know when the next one is due?
3% sp drop today. Far higher buys than sells reported. What gives???
