Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Just a random guess since I don't know how it works either, but maybe that 19.5 is in preparation for a run of big buys like we had yesterday afternoon? If people keep selling then that 19.5 sell point isn't reached? Like I said, not sure how it works but I presume the MMs need something in place to deal with demand like yesterday.
Are you with Barclays? I know they sell your shares to cover any fees.
Does anyone else wake up throughout the night hoping it's 7am so they can check for an RNS? I've barely been able to sleep during weekdays the last 2 weeks.
I think it confirms we have had a bid, reading between the lines from every RNS over the last few months.
I think the RNS coincideded with the typical 1:30ish shake and just all hell went loose with people thinking sells were due to RNS.
Go find out about intrinsic value, no one should even let people like you near a BB, let alone the stock market.
I know buys and sells can be skewed, but just by seeing the trade prices you can geta an idea, they really won't let this go will they...
@OilNovice
Forgive my lack of knowledge about the takeover process, first time I've been in a company going through one but a few questions,
So upon the takeover bid, such as the 195p from shell, I assume the share price opens at that 195p and floats around 195-195.5p and just doesn't move? Does that mean there is no liquidity in the market? What if you're happy with 195p and want to sell up and someone wants to buy in hoping for a bigger takeover price, are the MMs happy to fufil those orders? How much demand is there normally?
They just tried a cheeky afternoon shake and it got soaked up with buys.
Big sells are logical no?
Take for example the latest 8.3 form that we had, someone holding a large amount of shares that they bought before suspension, you chose to sell 1m out of 31m, which equates to £180k. The guy still ends up having such a big holding despite selling such a big amount.
I'm not saying every sell is like that, but I'm sure a lot of holders accumated plenty of shares at lower levels between 0.5-2p and are top slicing some to access money whilst we wait for more news.

The volume of big buys speak for themselves tbh.
If there is a RNS tomorrow morning, it tells you all you need to know about MM behavior, especially for future investments. Wouldn't be the first time that we saw a false drop before news on a share.
Happy with a finish at around 19p today, a slow tick up day by day will do me fine, leading up to the Flanks RNS and offer news. As always, there will be some who are impatient, will run off chasing a quick profit and come with subtle deramps in regards to issues that we've already gone through so many times.
Those of you who are still here since the suspension know what the deal is.
Right, so you say your expecting a sale price for 50p, and a few days ago you said
'but some people will be kicking themselves for the rest of their days if they trade these and news drops because the share price will be jumping straight up to somewhere near the offer price'
So with that mindset, would they not be kicking themselves for not investing at 20p and missing a 30p rise on an offer?
ORCP seems a shout for the very long term, have a feeling everyone will sell on the LOI and the price will just drag down over time, if the price drops to around 0.30p-0.40p later on in the year, I'll consider chucking in 4-5k target for 3-4p over the next 2-3 years.
Aha, well, in 15-20 years time I can tell my kids clueless people make it in life too!
What a week, truly amazing, the BOD have done an amazing job and I can't wait to see what's next.
Congratulations to everyone who stuck in there and stayed positive even when things looked a bit gloomy a few months ago, to those who defended EUA and the BOD when we had constant derampers attack several hours a day. People like Ian, Alex and others names (struggle to remember everyone's name) who kept it going in here deserve a lot of credit.
Wherever this goes from here, I will look back at this amazing journey but it ain't over just yet, I turn 26 soon and a sale between 75p-£1 would allow me to get on the housing market and really start my life. GLA
RNS on 9th April:
'As previously announced the application for the Flanks areas at Monchetundra received Ministry of Defence approval (see RNS dated 17 December 2019). Approval by the Federal Security Service (FSB), the last remaining federal body, whose approval is required for the flanks licence application, was also subsequently confirmed to the Company by Sevzapnedra. The Directors expect the license to be issued by Sevzapnedra soon as per standard process.'
Expect the last hour of trading to be like Call of Duty Warzone.
What's all this talk about ramping?
I haven't heard anything rampy, people are talking real figures based on calculations, market value and shares in issue. Stating that 50p-£1.00 is possible isn't a ramp, it just represents a more hopeful valuation based on a bidding war and the involvement of UBS.
Rampy is those in ODX and AVCT talking about £10 share prices when they haven't even got a product to market yet.
