Yes he should have informed the market, you'd have thought , wether he was legal obligated to do so ,I'm not sure . If I'm honest , I don't know how it works, when presumably the B.O.D appoint a new CEO , and who has the most influence in doing so , for me it's that f ing idiot we needed to get rid of , all to late now though . We can only judge people on past performance really and Lynn's record does look good , so bearing this in mind , who thought it was a good idea to appoint him. My old friend took a million pound company and turned it into a five million pound company , he had what it took to do that , the drive , the commitment. He did all that with only 5 O levels to his name . It's a gift being good at business.
