Re Seneca, the share price has been up and down, our long term price chart looks like the skyline of the Pyrenees, they would certainly have rebalanced their portfolio at the high points due to internal policy. They won’t necessarily buy when the price drops but they have supported fund raises.

Whackery I think they would, if it was the first time the opportunity has presented itself to them, and they have done in the past. They are governed by internal rules on portfolio weighting etc. and to be fair most of the last 3 years have been a ‘buying opportunity’ in SBTX, I.e a depressed SP for one reason or another. Gladly, these times look to be coming to an end and any SP rise we see will be built on solid foundations - we are clearly not moving on possibilities at the moment, but move we will as the next couple of months play out.

Just watched the presentation. I do admire how SA defends the criticisms which are often fair points in principle but are as they are for good reason. As we all know there is two sides to every story.

I think if SA does want an easier year in 2025, he has set it up well for himself, but he would do well to write those RNS announcements more thoroughly and thoughtfully to avoid ambiguity and unnecessary negativity.

I liked how the acquired businesses were used as steps/foundations for our pillar structure in the graphic.

Yes Elon I believe the 56p is a broker forecast, which is fair based on their research and limited information currently available to market. I can almost guarantee it will be raised once the Croda revenue becomes apparent.

My point was to question your M.O, which seems to be to go around different share boards calling everyone ‘idiot’, ‘fool’, ‘gullible’. Your retort to that was to call me a fool. I’d encourage readers to make their own minds up on that one.

As for your points about SBTX, a poor attempt at deramping a stock that has a reasonable upside from the current price.

Have you considered that the word ‘tiered’ could be meant in the context of X percentage for a certain bracket of sales, moving up or down to Y percentage for higher sales, and Z percentage for sales that are higher still?

I’m sure you advised Oxford in the writing of the dictionary so fully understand the language you choose to misunderstand. At least it is quite amusing to observe someone that is so confident, and so wrong.

I’d love to know what you think SA is referring to when he says premium double digit royalties on sales, if it’s not percentage of which he speaks.

Annabel your purchase was interesting to read about earlier, it certainly adds weight to the sentiment you wished to portray. Nothing wrong with it at all, don’t be a stranger!

How to fish… to read that on most share boards I’d probably laugh and think ‘yeah right’. But I think given the patience here, you’re in with a really good chance. How long you’ll have to wait depends on the Croda numbers, do set expectations too high and you should be OK. Best of luck.

Bubs and Elon, you’re in to something, I bought 129k shares last week and it was listed as a grey unknown, and so was every other trade over £20k that day. I thought that was bizarre.

I’m sure everyone understands the situation by now, what’s a shame is that nobody has been able to come up with a workaround. For the sake of Ashman’s time if anything, clearing up things that save him answering ten of the same email. Not to mention the communication gap that it fills in which has a natural knock on to the share price.

Totally agree Belgrano regarding investor sentiment. I also echo some of your previous posts about being endeared to seeing the investment as a good long term hold again.

Amazing what a well written update does, ironically about things that have been happening behind the scenes the whole time. A real lesson for our board about the importance of communications matching the quality of the work going on behind the scenes, if they wish the market to see the value within.

Furthermore, once the Croda forecast is received and can be written into our group forecasts and we officially become profitable, I think it will help to remove that ‘red flag’ of board remuneration. I don’t begrudge a large salary to someone running several complimentary businesses alongside some well negotiated and very fruitful IP royalty agreements.

Ashman made it clear that he is gunning for £1 a share in the presentation. It could easily be empty words when talking to the likes of you and I, but David Brierwood and the institutions have also heard it, and they are the ones able to enforce accountability.

I think the only people that will struggle with this share from here on out are those that are constantly checking the SP and panicking at a drop of 5%. I believe if investors were to check the SP once a month for the next six months it would get very interesting!

How does 2% fees take the effective interest rate to 15%? The fees are not 2% per year. On the topic, they are also standard for any loan, including a residential mortgage where ‘no fees’ are not being used as a gimmick.

Coupled with Monsa’s ‘negatives’ which seem to vary from nonsensical to incorrect, it feels like the company is taking some unfair criticism here.

Guys, the company has never been safer, the loan is pretty competitive if you do some basic online research into unsecured lending to PLCs and PE backed companies.

Great to hear we are at EBITDA break even. We have Croda coming. What more needs to be said. We are back to being a 30p+ company, but with a 12p share price. Time to be patient, sit back and watch SA’s work come to fruition.

You need a lot of constant reassurance, don’t you Baz. Have you got an uncomfortable number of shares? We all like lots of movement but your consistency tells me there is something not quite right.
