This is likely just me but the thought of a takeover makes my blood boil as AA will obviously take us out why before the asset is producing which results us in receiving a FRACTION of what we could get if the mine was under development (at minimum) or ideally producing. It will likely have more than 1 x tier 1 asset IMO.

My ideal scenario would be mine is developed/producing and shareholders receive the best dividend in our lifetimes for the ones that invested at such an early stage. This scenario would be years away and knowing how investors are, its given 95% would prefer a takeover bid asap.

One can dream....

F29, excellent point in regards to a drill plan and jv announcement. I messaged NvS and questioned what drill plans are a few months back after the JV is signed. He promptly replied he can't provide any info at this stage but AA will be the one making the decisions and driving this forward. Obviously understandable not just due to a legal perspective but a technical perspective as its AA that's has the experience doing this globally on a large scale.

The signing of the JV with AIM listed ARC Minerals is to be completed shortly and license changes have already happened into the new AAL entity in Zambia on the mining portal. ARCM received the best heads of terms which has even been offered to any junior globally by any major.

Has anyone had any communication with IR in regards to the JV?

Ukrainians have been making a push in seeking valuable assets. I'm afraid to say now they have a cause due to legal issues. Start of something extremely worrying

Robbie AND GCAT are uninvestable....they can't even release quarterly results on time and it's lie after lie. Lots of time for constant interviews when they were riding high on "financing" and 2 week holidays but no time for a basic quarterly report.

It's clear they are hiding a lot of bad news such as production figures being much lower than they state publicly. I look forward to see how he will try explain it when he eventually releases them. He can't put a coherent sentence together when he's under pressure.

Our commercial terms have been already agreed in principle as per the rns. They are main points and hard ones that are negotiated by the parties directly. All other minor terms are hashed out my solicitors.

NvS doesn't like ramping or releasing RnS's just for the sake of generating news. He's on the record saying that.

However, I do agree with you that news flow could be better. Reasonable to rns updates on all you mentioned and more specifically why rns updates on the AA transaction. They could state we've completed abc and xyz outstanding. Let market see we're making progress.
