This year should be more concerning IMO. I hope the company can adapt, increase production, find new cost-effective logistics routes, secure electricity sources and cut costs where it can. I wouldn't approve of them reducing staff during a full-blown war within the country as I can only imagine employment opportunities will be very very limited. FXPO is being paid international prices for their product but paying low local (by international standards and $) so cutting staff should make a massive difference anyway.
This war needs to come to a swift end, and I only see that happening if one side gains the upper hand or more likely just unequivocally wins.
