RE: Risk vs Reward20 Jan 2023 15:06
Personally, I want to own the mine and receive very juciy dividends for life but it hasn't happened to date with much of my recent investments. Three lithium mines I was invested in was taken out by the Chinese filthy cheap while in development - one being Bacanora for a fraction of what it would of been worth if it was built and holding the biggest hard rock lithium resource in the wordl. I'm invested in HZM and foresee that asset without a doubt being taken over as well but likely from Glencore.
This will be a harder asset to takeout on the cheap do to the diversity of shareholders holding big chunks but I certainly think it will be - not filthy cheap but still on the cheap and usually in pre or in development so they dont pay anything NEAR what its worth when its built. Even if we get bad or at best reasonable terms from the Chinese and the mine gets built, you could be earning multiples on what you invested (at current prices) in dividends over a very short time span. All you need is patience, simple patience. Unfortunately most AIM investors can't see past their nose and only think max a few months ahead and want to quickly jump in the next trade for a measly few percent profit. If you have a longer term view you can make much more money and all honesty its better for your mental and emotional health not thinking about the trade so much.
