Anyone comment if his shares can be seized on a UK lIsted company? It's safe to assume it would go to court. Zhevagos owns 50.3% and would be considered a controlling stake and this is where the danger lies. Could assets be seized such as Poltava or 50.3% of assets seized? This is the most pressing issue IMO for the company now and the last thing it needed.

Ukraine couldn't care less about business environment, its an a war and its all about keeping its head above water. There will be Ukrainian oligarchs waiting for any opportunity to take a pound of flesh from fxpo. Don't forget UKR is an extremely corrupt country, anything is possible.

The oligarch which FXPO have legal issues with and we recently lost the court case against must be over the moon on this development. this isn't good news, it brings FXPO under the spotlight regardless if they've done anything or not.

InTooDeep, I've read Treks posts and they're constructive to the discussion. I would disagree that an rns is not mandated - receiving $7 million (45% of our mkt cap) is very material news for a micro cap stock and more importantly a strong catalyst go get the sp higher which any sensible BoD would do.

Don't discount the silver. It is essential for the green revolution and has various industrial uses. Silver usually lags behind gold price rises but it does catch up.
