They pre-announced them a few days back but implemented today. The EU put the big sanctions to date, today. Mostly individuals, 600 or so russians.

Lots of efforts happening behind the scenes, Europe is really wants the war to end. The energy pricess and inflation ramifications will ruin us for years to come.
