I have tempered my enthusiasm and expectations.

Whilst sure that the Knac agreement is at a very advanced stage. It will still require formalising with lawyers from both sides.

My best guess is now mid January.

It would be quite wrong to sign a binding agreement prior to board and commom law acceptances.

I'd like to see an RNS to confirm Knac acceptance. even if it went on to say final discussions are now sheduled with or without a timeline.

There is momentum at the moment, it would be a shame to let it melt away.

This is an updated and very professional document.

If I read it correctly, (p30 onward) having now presumably obtained approval from common law holders, the board are permitted to negotiate financial terms.

We know from earlier info that a heads of agreement has been reached. I asume further meeting/meetings will be required to finalise it. Lets not get carried away with RNS dates just yet.

I remain absolutely confident that we will recieve agreement and DMRS permission soon. But I have deferd my visit to the Aston Martin showroom until January.
