I am not a believer in shorters on AIM. Any shorts would be through 'spread betting' outlets. Esentially bookies.who simply stand the bet without actual investment. So no market influence

MMs facilitate a 'market'. If serious buying happens then price rises to provide MM with stock to ballance with orders.

The idea of MMs buying and holding thus acting as invester/dealer is plain silly. They have a great living by being able to set the spread.

Trolls though do influence selling patterns. Take the last few days. An erroneous RNS by JAY was a seed for all manner of speculation which will have spooked small PIs..

If there was a leak regarding an imminent placing, there would be at least a 20% drop today and very high panick driven volume

volume is only 35Million and 6.8%down.

There can be no doubt the drop is due to JAY's RNS, unfounded speculation, idiot posters on here and a subsequent PI sells. But as W. Buffett said "the stock market is a voting machine not a weighing machine" the SP takes a panick hit, then slowly reccovers as logic takes over.
