The permission for the road is in. The contractors are lined up and terms agreed.

The actual shoveling contractors are in place.

The hauliers are also in place.

In other words, the flywheel is spinning, It requires an occational tap to maintain it's momentum (Troy's input)

Thereafter, Troy has total control and responsibllity for every aspect of IOCA..

As to possible placing, I don't mind too much if it is to progress Han-ock. not just to keep the lights on.

But over the last month/ six weeks UFO SP has shown significant growth.

Perhaps these very small punters are takink small profit? It may be Xmas has made them have to get funds?

Yes the permission is prety much a certainty.

But the announcement was only four days ago, and two of those were week end days

Someone chose to sell 60+ million on the day of the RNS.. That held the price down against what would have been a major uplift. Ofcourse had the sale been on a non news day the sellers price would have been much lowere.

So if they had to sell, Thursday was a good choice.

Now many new PI's are nervous and hesitant to jump in.

I know I keep saying it, but patience, it will fly soon enough.
