I dissagree. The traditional owner agreemement was out of their control.

The lefty government of Aus were determined to give almost total control to the trad owners. Ultimately last OCT. after a referendum their wings were clipped and sensible decisions were again restored.

Regardless of the actions of the BOD, progress was out of their hands. We are now full steam ahead fore permission.
