I am reasonably sure that IOCA has sufficient significance in the UFO portfolio to require a shareholder vote to authorise it's disposal.

Not sure I would vote for it, but it does depend on the price and arrangements.

I should have added that in the next 8,9 months a highly selective recruitment campaign should be enacted to find a first class CEO for what might develop into a UFO Group company.

Whilst it is urgent and esential to have an IOCA CEO in situe.

Until we have a revenue stream and development program for EH, Munni munni etc the existing board can hold the company together without the additional expense for a few more months.

As news re:- permission to mine should drop any time soon.
