The AGM is not likely to be contentious. The senior members appear to be commercially aware and to some degree have some skin in the game financially.

The meeting tomorrow may well be. The 'rank & file' attendees are likely to be very traditional in outlook and probably would not be recipients directly of the financial agrrements made with miners.

They will also possibly be miffed at recent political events where their authority has been distinctly reduced.

Looking at the 'code of conduct' memo. It may be a war zone for a couple of days :-)
