This is not my understanding of the legislative framework.

KNAC need to be informed.
KNAC then have four months to lodge an objection.
In the absence of an objection acceptance of the proposal is assumed.

The legislative framework is on the KNAC web site. If there was any leaway or bias surely KNAC's interpretation would lean in their favour?

IF, and I stress if. they were notified back in June 2022 when IOCA via a third party lodged the documentation. Then the period for objection has long since lapsed.

2) Permission to mine.

What do you suggest yhe BOD could or should do to speed these processes up?

As I said earlier, there is a case for doing some interview type PR exercise. But actual news can not be created to order.

Whilst I prefer Rod's view that RNS's should be meaningful and therefore less frequent than previously.

It is now one month + 1 day since the last RNS.

Either he anticipates news of substance soon. (wishful thinking on my part) or I feel he now needs to do an interview to reassure PI's that the ship is still on course.
