I share your confusion on this.

We were told by BBG that application was in, and result expected Q3 2022.

This compounded by the recruitment of a senior? person to oversee all native owner matters. The closing date for applications 18? Feb. I think.

It would be odd to delay long standing applications for this. But who knows.

Perhaps Max may be able to shed some light on this?

That said, I am up to my eyeballs in UFO and remain totally confident that in the very near future this share will fly. :-)

This week there has been high expectation of RNS 'permission to mine' arriving. It hasn't yet. A small retrace due to slowing of momentum is to be expected.

As far as we know, there are no problems with the application to mine. Bureaucracies the world over are ponderous at best.

Whilst we all want the big RNS soon, it will arrive in it's own time.

Relax, the rocket ship will launch very soon.

Alien year ends Dec 31 Usually report June/July. There would be restrictions to purchase for those privy to content of the annual report.

Other Info. like permission to mine etc should be comunicated to the market ASAP.

Directors are limited as to when they can legally buy and sell shares. They cannot trade between the closing of the financial period and the reporting to the market of that information, often two months later.

Bill is an explorer and fine geologist.

He was instrumental in bringing UFO to the cusp af great success. I will miss him.

UFO is now at a cross road of explorer to producer. A different CEO is needed to drive a comercial business forward.

I feel Rod is indeed the right man for this task.
