The buy/sell info is supplied by a third party company to web sites like this (LSE) they get their info from the London exchange. And based on the trade price and the mid point of the spread they give a best guess as to a buy or sell.

Now stop and think.........

The data they see is after the event. SEDOL wil auto adjust the spread on each transaction. So if the traded price is close to the mid-point at the moment of transaction it is actually likely to be miss interpreted as the new midpoint is changed before the third party get the data. albeit only seconds later.

Now if you want this sensable forum to degenerate to the "it's shorters.. It's MM.. It's a conspiracy" then go to the GGP board. They can not accept that it is an open market. People trade, that is what moves the price. The rest is just a timing issue.

An ethnographic Aboriginal heritage survey was completed in the north-east corner of the exploration tenure (approximately 19 ha), in and around the area proposed for mining of the Sirius Extension in 2014. Survey report ID 200124, titled “Report of an Archaeological and Ethnographic Heritage Survey of Volta Mining’s Hamersley Iron Ore Project Area, Conducted with the Nyiyaparli Traditional Owners : March 2014 [TBD]”, the report authors being Ben Coles and Scott Chisholm. No heritage sites were identified in the heritage survey. The area is within the registered Native Title claim of the Nyiyaparli People (WC2005/006), administered by the Karlku Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation (KNAC). As part of the Mining Lease and Miscellaneous Licence applications, the joint Tenement Applicants will execute a land access Native Title Agreement with KNAC.

It seems no issues have been raised. My reading of the 'legislative framework' is that by default approval is assumed.

KNAC Agreement Committee- Expression of Interest (Closes 5pm WST 10 March)

As advised at our 2022 AGM, KNAC will be reviewing many Native Title Agreements over the next few years. To ensure the best outcomes for our members, the Board have approved the appointment of an KNAC Agreement Committee (ARC). This committee provides an additional forum for KNAC Directors and KNAC Members to consider the terms of identified agreements and workshop and how the agreements can be changed to improve outcomes for the Community; to protect and manage Country; and to maximise Commercial terms for the benefit of the Nyiyaparli People.

The KNAC ARC will be made up of up to 4 KNAC Directors and 5 KNAC members who are not Directors and will hold their first meeting at the end of April. The role and activities, expectations and requirements of this committee are outlined in the Terms of Reference (attached).
