1: acid stimulation is used to free up old wells.

2: fracking when they say planned, i was not but i think they will have costed it in the plan as a back up, nothing is clear cut in this game.

3: if the old well is not clearing itself quickly enough then Fracking is the next option for fresh surfaces. You want to simulate a fresh drilled well to get representative flows for the commercial calcs.

It is a mish mash RNS and needs an interview really.

These flow rates are critical for future planning of Coyote Wash and sagebrush, i.e planning future production wells.

Positive RNS

• the well is 30 years old, it is proving 2.76% Helium.

• old wells can be a pain, it could have collapsed on day 1 but it enabled us the EWT so we are doing good.

• if we had drilled Sagebrush a few weeks ago then that RNS would have been negative as the flow build up is fast, but old wells take time.

• the bar to commerciality with 2.76% He is actually quite low but the point of an EWT is to get production values that can be used.

This means they have to frac the upper Leadville to get a clean surface to maximise flow potential the whole point of this test.

So another 2-3weeks i would think. Frac then 2 week test.

If we had drilled a new well we would have had the SP build from drilling step by step. But we saved $4-5m so we cannot complain.

The RNS is positive but you have to know how these old wells behave.

As someone who works in the industry just remember a few things.

All results can be presented and massaged to be better than expected even if they are not as good as planned. I doubt we will get a disaster, but anything can happen.

But yes getting piston core results is only half the results. Can take weeks after to get data plotted and used internally.

If they want to JV that would get finalised before they splash the results data sensitive info is very highly guarded. so waiting is not an issue these things take time.

Would be nice to access the new ISA year before results. 😎

Next news is as follows and they all could be very fast:

1: full approval i.e we still need some signatures, to be 100% done. Could be this week.

2: seismic are very close this week i would think.

3: announcement and planed start of EWT.

We are very close but not quite there.

I would think price wise realistically 0.08- 0.1p base case if all goes well in the next month.

That would be 25-30mcap. Up from 13mcap.

Not sure what Hex could do.

Bureau Indian Affairs (BIA ), is needed first. Realistically first 2 weeks Jan 26. The. EWT mid to end Jan.

That will take 4-6 weeks. It will do two major things. Clean up the existing well and give us production flow numbers gases and Oil ( or an idea as is an old well) and two test the gases involved.

Most of these old wells were drilling for oil or hydrocarbon gas. The non flammable gases i.e Helium were not tested at source.

This then gives us hard numbers to apply to Sagebrush and Coyote Wash.

So EWT:

-unlocks flow rates

-helium %

- hard numbers that you use for JVs or optimising drilling campaigns.

Hythe1, The spoule report is great and on the last Sagebrush report we did 40%, but it actually means not much until we get the BIA, else we cannot do anything even with paper reserves. So BIA then this moves up as we then do the Sagebrush EWT. Sagebrush has 2.7% Helium, even without looking for it, but flow tests are important. Then we move.

Now we are setup really well for 2026 Q1 to coplete EWT after BIA.

The Spoule report for Sagebrush only did 40% coyote will max out the same.

The BIA is the key that unlocks the EWT and those two things creat the value.

But we are setup for 2026.

Let’s be realistic. The spoule report is great and we should do 50% at least. But it is the BIA that unlocks it all. Then the EWT.

But it gives us positive news and we are undervalued. Which we know already.

That is the bigger risk for us. That the swoop on is done at a basement price. So our patience does not materialise.

Basically a selloff at a lower than potential price.

Lets just hope it is to align the timezones. If they have the MRE there is always a chance of a leak so suspend and get everything done on company terms.

The issue is 3rd party permitting and reports are subject to their own timescales even before the 4-5 week democrat government shut down and thanksgiving week.

The asset has not changed.

But i agree that companies never learn by putting a timescale on 3rd party permits and reports.

We just need a plan to drilling ( if the market believes the timelines) or to actually start drilling.

Maybe the placing might be at a premium. You never know.

Also remember the placing is best before the MRE anyways.

If you wait you get less dilution but kill any rise as the market knows you need a placing.

The dilution is very light as most do 10-20% dilution.

You want a clear run through the news. Also to do a JV or anything financial you need proof of funds on account. So not a bad situation.

I will just add a bit more not much but effectively un dilute myself as my average is 4.9p as i was a late arrival.

Placings are part of the process, as long as companies do not waste the funds and progress is made it will be fine.

Remember it is very rare people jump on a share and get results most are longterm holder that have been through the wringer, but managed their risk.

We are ok funds wise to get the EWT (extended well test) done. Then we will need either a JV or some funds via a raise. But 1: we should be at a higher Sp. 2: Raises are ok if the company is making progress and spending wisely .

There are options and of course the Sp does not take into account our more developed infrastructure with pipelines. Our lead times to production are short when we start drilling .

Some of our competitors need $75-100m just to get the infrastructure and drill wells to be commercial but have Mcaps of 40-50m (HE1).

So we are in a good place but we are not quite there yet. so if you need profits take them and hold back a little funds to take advantage of any drops.

The assets are good.

A lot of the infrastructure is in place. This is not HE1 and their very expensive 100m+ needed.

You can drill well by well. With a JV. This puts MSMn in a great position.

Louise look at her history or share input. Always placing this placing that. Just a troll. Asset has not changed. Most of is are her a long time and know the risks. You either get paid to talk BS or you have a very boring life.

Why would you take over? Honest question. Tanzania need 50-100m in infrastructure in a difficult business area. Then 20+ wells to get the Helium out. This is why HE1 is floundering.

Having Helium is only half the story. The way to make money with helium plays is to get in early and ride the initial rise to proof of reserves then leave.

The next stage to get to production, is very expensive. Now if you have good average there maybe peaks in between but you have to be careful.

The same duster that is producing oil and has 2.25% helium in gas samples when they were not even searching for a helium.

Yea the report is delayed but they always are. This next step is about optimisation.
