I believe everything will be wrapped up by xmas, once the DFS is revealed almost immediately the buyer confirmation will be RNS ed .
As you have stated the prospective buyers know now exactly what is in the ground and are just awaiting the rubber stamp from the relevant authority.

Well Peter if you had invested your £2.5 k last year when the SP was .5p it would be worth £200k now. With that in mind I suppose peeps are not overly too stressed.
