I really dont think its late its just very intricately woven in to the FSP and taking an analogy from the title , would you sell a sofa without the cushions as they are integral to it selling.
Its my belief that if the DFS is issued, immediately after the FSP will be concluded and i mean immediately.

"Since launching the Formal Sale Process on 1 July 2020, Eurasia and its advisers have engaged with a wide range of parties, and have to date received non-binding offers in respect of both a possible acquisition of the Company as well as other transaction structures."
You keep banging on that EUA havent had any offers for the company that are worthy of consideration so they are thinking of other structures. Well the above statement says they have and (now think about this) the other structured agreements offer a better return to the shareholders ?????

EUA doesnt seem to do charts at present as it seems firmly held in the present 29-32 range but i have to admit i would much prefer your range. Lets live in hope eh!!!

Just popped my head out of the hold to say good morning to all and hope you are all well. Doldrums it is then until further news but it would be nice just to have maybe a 0.1% rise / day just to keep the chin/s up.
We are a lot closer than people think at present and i reckon we will have landfall within 4-6 weeks max.

I think the local development agency would be the first port of call , then the local council officials. As for investment banks well it appears there are already 2 working on the deal/s and i would have thought that maybe they would like to finance it first.

@Toptips HL is getting worse on a continuous basis. They dont show and live data anymore , the SP stagnates all day and as for showing what you PF is worth Its a joke ( Quicker to get you calc out). Very poor and as soon as EUA is over and done with i shall be looking else where.
