I agree there is risk but here if we dont get the required RNs so be it , take up the sinosteel contract and mine ourselves. THe risk here is how long can you let you money ride because if we mine the returns are going to be far greater than if we get £1 / share now.

Far from it but i have to admit it was a bit of a shock when i looked at my PF at 4.45 yesterday but i thought heyho I will just have to retire later (av 13p so a bit in hand). When i saw the RNs this morning i thought my only course of action would be to buy more , so i liquidated some other stock and bought another £50k @ approx 24p and i am staying until the "fat lady sing".
The only downside I had is the fact I was aware yesterday afternoon otherwise i would have bought £50k as cheap as chips.

Not the best of days yesterday so now we now wait anticipating an RNs this morning and I think it's the least we deserve to clarify WTF happened.
Let's hope for a well reasoned response which will hopefully sets the SP off in the right ddirection.The resources are still in the ground so there is value there but I still cannot work out why he sold and I am more furious at the advisors who let it happen as they would have known what would happen.

Well we sit here twiddling our thumbs and having the odd scratch while we wait for further updates / RNs with nothing new to analyse / dissect the boredom seems to be getting more intense or like a continuous annoying pounding drill in the forehead.
Well my point of interest is that i saw a wonderful Green Woodpecker as i ambled through a very cold and crisp Hyde Park this morning.

Apologies as its a bit off topic but it intrigues me, what defines a long term holder ? It appears that the bulk of the board appear to be LTH's , me i was lucky enough to bump into this share in early nov 19 but i do not classify myself as a LTH just lucky. I ask the question as there is sometimes animosity on the board when posters who have only just invested in EUA start whining about the time the FSP is taking blah blah blah.
I would say anyone who has been holding this share longer than 18 months qualifies as a LTH because that is where it really started to become interesting and the word was getting out and around the BB. So what i am really saying is we are all rainbow chasers but we seem to have found the pot of gold at the end of it.
LTH :- Longer than 18 months
MTH : Less than 18 months but more than a 9months
STH :- Less than 9 months - more than 3 month

Here's my take on things as they presently stand. Each bidder will have had a very good idea of what was in the ground anyway as they would need to know to get their Non-Binding offers in. Of these that were acceptable to the board they have been allowed to continue to the 2nd bidding stage. These bidders will have then been allowed access to further confidential information regarding reserves , this being the newly released DFS which will allow them to firm up their bids.
The big question being how much RHODIUM is in there , we can guess all the rest but what if there is an absolute MOTHER LOAD in there.
Once those preferred bidders have put forward there respective offers to UBS, one will be selected as best and proposed to the board. IT doesn't end there though as all other PBs are then allowed to offer again. Thats when it gets tasty and the SP is relative to the 1st offer price.

Please someone correct me if i am wrong but i would imagine the free float would be smaller if the shorts were closing due to the fact they have to buy shares to close the short.
